My legs hurt from Wii Active, OUCH!

Yesterday, I did the “20 minute hard” workout on my Wii Active and my thighs hurt because of the squats I did. Ouch! How long is this going to last?

I really like my Wii Active and I feel like I’m losing inches and getting very fit along with following the Jenny Craig diet.

Yes, I’m back on Jenny Craig. I’m going on my 4th week and I’m losing weight. I need to get creative with some of the dinners. If only I can find my recipe book that I had , I’ll be all set!

As far as exercise goes, I’m also walking with my dog for 30 minutes a day, every other day, and I think that’s really helping as well.

I’m losing an average of 1/2 a pound a week, which is pretty good for my age. I need to be happy with that because the weight didn’t come on overnight and it’s not going to come off that way, either!

Oh, and I think the “squats” setting on my Wii Active needs to be re-set!

Jenny Craig Weight Loss after One Week

I had my first weigh in yesterday after my first week on Jenny Craig. I lost 4.2 pounds! Yippee! And I  had an epiphany about losing weight this way versus doing it myself.

Usually, at this point in any of the myriad diets I have tried in the past (Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, Metabolic Research Center, etc) – basically, any diet where I was deprived of a particular type of food – I was looking for a way to cheat. My Jenny Craig Journey

This is Day 4 of my Jenny Craig diet and so far, I am likin’ it!

I don’t know if I’ve lost any weight yet although my clothes are feeling looser and I feel a little “lighter”. The food is pretty good although heating it up in the oven makes it a far cry better than using the microwave.

Last week I went to Jenny Craig to inquire about their program and I decided to do it. Unfortunately, I was leaving for a trip to Texas and I knew that would be  disaster, to start a diet while traveling.
