Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Review

Fat loss idiots are claiming that this new diet has helped them lose fat faster than any other diet they’ve tried. It’s been said that you lose weight on this diet without counting calories, carbs or watching your portions. But is it safe? Let’s take a look.

The idea behind the diet is to increase your metabolism by eating healthy foods more freqently. The foods you eat are healthy like chicken, fish and cottage cheese. The rules you have to follow are no different than any other diet you may have tried in the past like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. So what’s makes Fat Loss 4 Idiots different?

I think it’s the “diet generator” that helps you customize a diet plan to your own taste. You pick out your favorite foods and it will generate meals and menu plans according to your choices. The really nice part of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan is that you get to have 3 days where you “cheat”. The 11 days before that, your meals consist of your favorite foods but that’s all! Like if you picked chicken, you get to eat nothing but chicken for that particular meal. The next meal might be a carb but that’s it for that meal.

I could see where you could lose lots of weight fast on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan. But I am not sure you would want to be on it for long because for me, I would get very tired of eating just one thing in a meal.
