Healthy Living for Moms is Back!

Healthy Living for Moms has been gone a while. I said “Adios” to my old web host and have spent the last couple of months since then trying to find the right format for a new and improved Healthy Living for Moms.

It took me a while of wrangling with other content management systems to realize that I’m most comfortable with a blog so here we are!

This blog will be devoted to healthy living for moms, of course. A lot of moms are looking for ways to lose the baby weight or get back in shape as they get older so look for ideas I’ve gathered for your consideration.

I’m constantly looking for the best in healthy living ideas and products so you’ll see that here. Look for links to my friends’ blogs who are also concentrating on health but maybe for a different group of people – not just moms or women.

And, of course, there’s spiritual health. I’m a christian and my desire is to always give glory to God for my health and for all the ways He helps me to grow in my physical and spiritual health!
