Natural Remedies for Weight Loss

Natural remedies for weight loss include the usual common sense tips like eat fewer calories, exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 45 minutes and drink lots of water. This is pretty easy weight loss advice to understand but not so easy to do when you’re tired, hungry or suffer from cravings.

In that case, it’s okay to turn to some natural weight loss supplements that will help you deal with those problems as well as supporting the healthy functioning of digestion, the metabolism, liver functioning and the healthy breakdown of dietary fat which will all help you lose weight.

There is a natural weight loss supplement available that can help you achieve your ideal weight safely. It’s really unique in that it comes in the form of a tincture, an alcohol-based derivative of a fresh herb or natural ingredient. It’s in liquid form and since it’s alcohol-based, its potent for a much longer period of time than powdered herbs.

The weight loss tincture that I’ve found contains some of the following ingredients:  Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosis), is a sea vegetable that contains a concentrated source of minerals, including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron. All of these minerals work together to assist in the production of thyroid hormones, which are necessary for maintaining healthy metabolism in our body’s cells. It also helps maintain healthy digestion and intestinal function.

Cleavers (Gallium aparine) is an herb that is traditionally used as a tonic and lymphatic cleanser. It’s beneficial in ‘flushing out’ the system and supporting the body in routine toxin removal  and is known for support of water balance in the body.

Malabar tamarind (Garcinia cambogia) is used to naturally balance the appetite. The active ingredient of Garcinia Cambogia is hydroxycitric acid (HCA). HCA supports balance in appetite, inhibits fat storage (lipogenesis) and  lowers the production of glycogen in the liver. Glycogen is the most immediately accessible form of energy available to the body so if it’s lowered, then the body will burn the stored fats for energy instead.

Both Dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis)and Licorice (Glycorrhiza glabra) have a tonic effect on the digestive system while the Dandelion also has a positive effect on the liver.

Guarana supports energy levels and also has tonic properties for the intestines and digestive system.

Tumeric (Curcuma longa) has been shown to support the production of natural cortisone by the adrenal glands. It’s also been known to protect the liver from toxic compounds. The liver is instrumental in the proper flow of bile which helps to breakdown dietary fat.

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum minimum) has been traditionally known as a general circulatory tonic and digestive aid in traditional herbal medicine. It helps to naturally support the production of gastric juices which Is a key factor in healthy metabolism.

All of these herbs in combination can be a natural alternative to synthetic weight loss supplements. When you buy your herbs, make sure you are purchasing from a reputable herbal supplement dealer.
