How Can I Start Living Healthy?
Start practicing some of these tips for physical health in your daily life...
Make a date with yourself to exercise at least 3 days for 30 minutes each session.
Build your stamina and endurance gradually.
If you want to lose weight and not just maintain, gradually move up to 5 days a week and increase the length of time for each session.
Gradually make changes in your diet. If you don't eat breakfast, start! If time is an issue, wake up 5 minutes earlier...it's that easy.Once you've established a healthy breakfast routine, move on to lunch and then dinner.

Four Elements to Successful Weight Loss
Cardio:3-5 times a week, 20-60 continuous minutes, at 60%-90%

:2-3 times a week to increase metabolism. Five pounds of muscle represents an increase in metablism of 250 calories.
Nutrition 50% carbohydrates 20% Protein and 30% Fat.Match the number of calories you are taking in to the number of calories you are burning up.

every day. However, don't get too caught up in the calorie counting myth
Water: Drink 1 quart (32oz) of H2O for every 50 pounds you weigh.( A 150 pound woman would drink 3 quarts or 96 ounces of water a day.) It burns fat more efficiently, prevents dehydration, fatigue, dry skin, headaches and constipation.
