I tried slimquick for women to see if I could accelerate my fat loss and here’s my review of how it worked for me.

I tried the Slimquick powdered dietary supplement in the mixed berrie flavor. Frankly, it was tough to drink. It’s very sweet and difficult to get down after halfway through. I haven’t tried the lemonade flavor so it might be different.

It’s very convenient because you can carry it around with you and simply add to a bottle of water. But I would definitely add it to a big bottle of water to cut the sweetness of it.

It made me a little bit jittery and I only drank one a day. The instructions on the box recommend that you take one a day for the first week and then twice a day on your second week. I can’t imagine drinking that much because if you’re at all sensitive to caffeine, you won’t be abel to sleep at night.

All in all, I found that it curbed my appetite a little but as far as burning any fat or helping me to lose weight, I’d have to say that it didn’t do it for me.

There are other products in the slimquick line. You’ve got Slimquick Cleanse that is said to “jump start” your weight loss program, according the SQ package.

You can also purchase Slimquick caplets, Slimquick Naturals with “naturally-sourced” ingredients, Slimquick Hoodia, Slimquick Energy, Slimquick Extreme and Slimquick Extreme packets that is similar to the other powdered drink supplement.

Slimquick for women addresses the 6 ways women lose weight:

  1. Water
  2. Hormones
  3. Stress
  4. Metabolism
  5. Energy
  6. Appetite

Green tea is a key ingredient in Slimquick because green tea has been shown to help in burning fat.

If you want to give it a try, my recommendation is that you drink it in the morning so you’ll be sure to sleep at night. And if you are sensitive to caffeine, just stick to a good diet and exercise program to lose weight.
