Whole Food Vitamins Better than Food?

When I was younger, I thought that whole food vitamins were for hippies. Come to think of it, I’m not sure we had whole food vitamins back then. 

It used to be that you could count on regular food…meat and potatoes, vegetables and dairy, to supply all the nutrition you needed to be healthy.

Unfortunately, things change and I’ve discovered that the world’s food supply today has never been more deficient in nutrition simply because we’re not taking proper care of our natural resources and we’re relying too much on manufactured nutrition. (more…)
