Herbs for Weight Loss

Many people use herbs for weight loss because they actually work for some people!  Some of the best weight loss supplements include garcinia cambogia, green tea extract, hoodia gordonii, and one you may not have heard of called Guggul.

I know, weird name for an herb. I discovered it quite by accident when I tried the Metabolic Nutrition Center diet. Guggul comes from the resin of a tree found in India and it’s been used in Ayurvedic medicine for years as a way to lower cholesterol and inflammation. (more…)
