		<description>I think walking is a great way to burn fat but I&#039;ve found that you should concentrate first on what you&#039;re eating and then start  physical activity to burn fat. I used to walk a lot when I weighed less but as I gained too much weight, I found that it was exhausting and counter-productive to my weight loss. Once I lost about 5 pounds by eating right, my stamina improved and I could walk longer distances and lose even more weight.</description>
